Five seminars set in a coaching culture and stretching over a period of 15 months, are designed to equip those interested in becoming Transformational/ Transformissional leaders.

These five seminars will be held from 8:30 - 4:30pm one Saturday a quarter beginning September 2009.

Each seminar will host two workshops. The workshops will present Biblical principles, practical applications and relevant approaches for equipping Transformational Leaders. Participants will also select one project designed to enhance their specific area of ministry. When successfully completing all 10 workshops, and the project, the participant will earn a certificate in Transformational Leadership. This training may serve as a bridge to seminary education.
